Registration
Our lesson schedule will consist of three sessions (Fall, Winter and Spring). Summer lessons will be offered based on the availability of the instructors. Students may register mid session if lesson times are available. We do not offering lessons on a week by week basis.
Trial Lesson
Students will have the opportunity to sign up for a single trial lesson before having to commit to an entire session. Payment for the trial lesson must be received at the end of the lesson and the student can then decide if they’d like to register for the remainder of the session.
Payment
Payment for lessons can be paid in full at the beginning of each session or on specified dates within the current session. See our calendar for payment due dates. Payments not received within 6 days of the first lesson or due date specified each month will incur a $10 late fee per student. Payment must be dropped off at our studio or received by mail before the next weekly lesson or within 6 days. Every 6 days thereafter another late fee will be assessed until the payment is received. Payments can be made via cash, check or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their lessons for the remainder of the session no later than after their 1st lesson. If canceled later than that, the student will be charged for the lessons remaining in that session or until that lesson slot is filled.
Make-Up Lessons
Make-up lessons will not be reschedule for student absences. Only teacher absences or cancellations will be rescheduled.
Snow Days
We do ONE snow day make up lesson per student, per session. These lessons can be done in person or online. We will do our best to reschedule your lesson the same week of the cancellation if possible. We don't want you to ever feel pressured to drive if you feel the roads are unsafe. If you are feeling uncomfortable driving to your lesson due to the weather please let us know. We can always pivot to an online lesson option with enough notice.
